The solution to this excuse is to actually exercise – even if you feel tired. Begin with a nice gentle warm-up and gradually increase the intensity. Exercise is actually a paradox – it makes your muscles tired but you will feel energised afterwards. Or you could exercise at your most energetic time, are you a morning person? Can you get thirty minutes in before work, or during your lunch break? Try and get that workout in before you sit on the sofa for the night. –
