Organic foods - How your food is grown or raised can have a major affect on your mental and physical health. Organic produce has fewer pesticides, growth hormones, herbicides and fertilisers used from synthetic ingredients or sewage sludge!! 🤢

People with allergies to foods, chemicals, or preservatives often find their symptoms lessen or go away when they eat only organic foods. This may be because they are rich in antioxidants and nutrients.

You may also notice the difference in price, but you can cut out the middleman and grow your own!! Here in the North East we have so many unwanted allotments, I’ve just put my name down for one! In the meantime I’ll have to eat my Dad’s spares.
