Kettlebells - are a brilliant workout, slightly different to the dumbbell weight lifting workouts. Kettlebells allow us to do dynamic movements, we also have to focus on stabilising our core more often as the centre of gravity is different depending on how you hold it.

Kettlebells are scary looking, but the exercises are simple and are great for power, endurance and dynamic movements. They are so much easier to carry than a wriggly 1 year old!!
