HOW DO I GET A PERSONALISED FITNESS PROGRAM?
When you sign up for our Premium, or Premium Block, Membership we'll send you an email with a specially developed questionnaire for you to fill out.
As soon as you hit submit on the questionnaire we'll start creating your personalised fitness program based on the answers you provided, we'll then email that program back to you (along with links to our exercise videos) so you know exactly what to do.
We create new plans for you on a weekly basis, and we'll keep in touch with you throughout your Membership to ensure that you're getting the most out of your program and that you're happy with your progress.
HOW DO I PAY?
All of our subscription payments are processed securely through PayPal. As soon as you hit the 'Join Now' button on the Membership page you'll be taken straight to PayPal's website, where they will set up a recurring monthly payment.
WILL I BE TIED INTO A CONTRACT?
Absolutely not - we like to keep things simple. It's a monthly subscription that you can cancel at any time, and you'll still have access to your membership for the rest of the month.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
Easily! As PayPal process all of the payments, the easiest way to cancel your membership is to log into your PayPal account, click on Settings (the cog icon) > Payments > Manage your pre-approved payments > Wholehearted Fitness > Cancel.
CAN I UPGRADE OR DOWNGRADE MY MEMBERSHIP?
Of course! If you'd like to upgrade or downgrade your membership just drop us a message and we'll take care of it!
